Women stay with “gender equality leaders,” a survey finds
Survey participants said that their company has an inclusive culture that promotes their career advancement, promotes work-life harmony, and fosters inclusion. According to the women who work for these companies, their workplace culture is less inclusive, low-trust, and doesn’t support their career advancement or work/life balance adequately.
Among the women surveyed who worked for “gender equality leaders,” none were looking for a new position, and only 9% planned to leave their position within two years. Nearly a quarter of the women who work for “gender equality leaders” plan to stay longer than five years. All three figures are dramatically better than those from the lagging organizations.
